Changing the procedure for issuing passes to the port "Bronka" (from 02/15/2019)
According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 16.07.16 No. 678, paragraph 5, paragraph 9 in the application for registration of a permanent pass to the territory of the MMPC "Bronka" in the transport security zone (ZTB) (valid for more than 1 month). From 02/15/2019, after approving the original application with the Border Service of the FSB of the Russian Federation (St. Petersburg, Kalinina, 34), you need to get additional approval from the Linear Department of Internal Affairs on Water Transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (LOVD VT of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation) at the address: St. Petersburg, Dvinskaya str., house No. 1.
