Port Bronka took part in the social project Road to the Future
On April 3, as part of the social project Road to the Future, MSCC Bronka was visited by pupils of Nikolsky Resource Center. In the port, the teenagers had a tour, after which they met with the heads of key units of the transshipment complex.
The port employees introduced the children to different types of port equipment, technological processes of cargo handling, history of creation and prospects of development of the port Bronka. During the event, a meeting was held with the Director of the HR department, Director of production, technical Director and Director of the railway department, who spoke about the popular professions, explained where to get specialized education and answered questions.
The social project Road to the Future is implemented with the support of the Directorate for the Development of the Transport System of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the Executive authorities of the Leningrad region, state professional educational institutions and commercial organizations engaged in the construction and operation of transport infrastructure projects. The objectives of this project are: to increase the social importance of transport professions, patriotic education of teenage children, career guidance, cultural self-determination and self-realization of children from 10 to 18 years.
