New Konecranes forklift in the port BronkaAt MSCC Bronka, the third in a row 16 ton forklift truck Konecranes SMV 16-1200C was commissioned.
Like the other two loaders, it will be involved in cargo handling at the Ro-Ro terminal. Replenishing the forklift fleet will speed up work with general cargo on the railway front, as well as loading and unloading roll-up trailers.
Machinery park of port Bronka is regularly expanded in compliance with growth of cargo turnover, enabling increasing of operations efficiency and maintaining the required cargo handling speed.

Port Bronka has acquired the Rollstop system for storing of steel coils. The system consists of rails, connectors, spacers and RollStops which may be easily assembled and disassembled. The system allows storing of coils up to 2500 mm in diameter and up to three tiers high. This new coil storage system enhances safety level of operations for both the staff and the cargo without any risks of damages.
