From 02/15/2019, after approving the original application with the Border Service of the FSB of the Russian Federation (St. Petersburg, Kalinina, 34), you need to get additional approval from the Linear Department of Internal Affairs on Water Transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (LOVD VT of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation) at the address: St. Petersburg, Dvinskaya str., house No. 1. Otherwise, the order of registration remains the same.
